What this service is
My Credit is a self-directed tool. It helps you understand your own credit file, tracks changes, and drafts letters at your request. You are the one who decides what to dispute, confirms that each statement is true, and sends every letter. We do not file disputes on your behalf, act as your agent, or contact credit bureaus or creditors for you.
Your rights - please read
- You may dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus yourself, for free. You do not need this or any paid service to do so.
- Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from your credit report by anyone.
- Nothing in this service guarantees any score change, timeline, or approval. Results depend on your file and the bureaus' investigations.
- You may cancel a paid subscription for any reason within 3 business days of signing up for a full refund, and at any time after that.
- You have the right to a free copy of your credit reports at annualcreditreport.com, and legal remedies if a credit repair organization violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
Accuracy - your responsibility
The service only drafts a dispute after you confirm the factual basis for it. By confirming, you represent that the statement is true to the best of your knowledge. Do not dispute information you know to be accurate; doing so may be treated as frivolous by the bureaus and is not something this service will assist with.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes monitoring, education, and progress tracking. The paid plan adds letter drafting and sending tools, billed monthly through Stripe. Nothing here is legal, financial, or credit-counseling advice. Card suggestions are educational only, not offers of credit or pre-approval.
Your account
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used to submit false information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaLync AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We will notify you by email before material changes take effect.
